The trains have been canceled due to: personnel shortages, equipment shortages, too many delayed trains, crossing guard malfunctions, broken down equipment, and objects stuck on the tracks. Tonight the trains were also cancelled due to &#8220;catenary works,&#8221; the &#8220;presence of unauthorized personnel near the tracks,&#8221; and &#8220;police action.&#8221; None of these occurred in the same place.
